Photo Retouching
Photo retouching can be applied to all sections of photography, from a simple enhancement to a more detailed intervention in a photograph. All pictures that are given to you are always retouched through the first stage of editing. This includes the development of the frame, contrast, exposure, sharpness, custom color profiles, perspective issues, etc. Photo retouching can be applied to all sections of photography, from a simple enhancement to a more detailed intervention.
When more detail intervention is needed the photos go through the second stage of the process, the photoshop. Further retouch in the second stage includes:
The Process
- For portraits: the standard second-stage retouch includes the removal of spots and blemishes, skin retouch (making it smooth and reflection-free), pupil retouching.
- For fashion: the standard second-stage retouch includes the removal of spots and blemishes, skin retouch (making it smooth and reflection-free), pupil retouching, eye/hair/body/clothes/makeup/background retouching.
- For architectural: since this field of photography has a lot of parameters that vary from one project to another I sent you a very detailed pdf of all big and small things that you need to take care before the photo shoot for the best result and more economic prices. There are some things you cannot do anything about them like: power cables, antennas and saterlight dishes, park vehicles, fixed dumpsters, etc. All those objects can be removed in the second stage (photoshop), if you wish it.
- For product: the standard second-stage retouch includes the removal of little scratches, spots that might be occurred on the label via transfer, reflections, perspective, colour management.
